As mentioned earlier, Lepaya is a blended learning tool. This means that e-learning is combined with classroom learning (nowadays also in virtual classrooms). You can follow the training preparation "in your own time" via the app, as it were the theoretical part of the training with which you do the preparation for the classroom part. You can then participate in classroom training to go more in depth with the subject. This deepening also consists of exercises and possibly role play practises (depending on the subject). You then complete the process again with the app that gives you some final exercises and mini challenges to apply what you have learned in practice.
Lepaya offers a wide range of substantive training topics, all set up with professional trainers. It is especially suitable for training certain soft skills and is therefore good for the target group of starting leaders in the company.
